As of today, Alan and I have been married for a full 12 years. We meet at Ricks College about 13 1/2 years ago when Alan was on a date with my roommate Luci. We both ended up at Utah State where we were re-introduced and I feel madly and deeply infatuated with this man who was now allowed to grow the goatee that gave me sweet chills every time I saw him. There's a long story behind why he doesn't have a goatee in the engagement and wedding photos, but let's just say we are both disappointed.
Alan - I love you to pieces. Thank you for being so understanding and patient with me. Twelve years is not nearly long enough.

Happy Anniversary...And, you are too too kind to me. As for the recipes...I'll tell you but then I'll have to kill you!!! Just check out the neighborhood cookbook from a couple of years ago. I think it's Best Mexican Chicken and Peaches and Cream Pie. I will admit, I do it well!!! JK
