I'm Back

I'm going to use this website again for a little while.

Yesterday the kids headed off in their own directions. Dylan was the only one left in the house and so Alan and I asked who he could invite over. He came up with a name and then told Alan and I that he didn't have his phone number. We asked if maybe he knew his last name and we could look it up. He mentioned the friend's last name when suddenly Caylee yelled down from her bedroom, "I have his number.". Alan and I looked at each other and started laughing. What does the future have in storefor us and CDE. The dynamics between our boy and girls is going to get interesting.

Dylan then got the number from his sister and dialed his friend. I leaned over to Alan and said, "if he can come over and play, who will he really want to play with?". Unfortunately he wasn't home, so we didn't get a chance to find out. But we know the time is coming. Alan and I are both scared and excited for the experiences ahead.
